The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time/Master Quest was a pre-order bonus for The Wind Waker. In addition to having the original Ocarina of Time in playable form on the GameCube, it also has Master Quest, which changed the dungeons and made them harder. This game is a remake of the original Ocarina of Time. Even if I write the best adjetives trying to just begin to describe this game, I know I would fall short. This game has all the magic of the first Ocarina of Time, with the differences that the dungeons have different aspects to solve riddles, for instance, you will have to use your ocarina even more and the magic that the fairies give you will have to be used more as well. Another addition is the different locations that the skultulas are placed and now you will have more difficulty to find them. The graphics are a little bit improved for the Gamecube power engine, so you will notice some light effects a liitle sharper, other than that they are the same.
Just a piece of advice, i you haven't played the first Ocarina of Time yet, try do it first before playing this one, so you can appreciate the differences altogether.

Master Quest is making its return to the 3DS, but before you get yours hands on the handheld remake, turn back time to where it all began with The Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time Master Quest - an exclusive to the Gamecube. It was a stunning revolution in gaming excellence under story and gameplay back on first release - now nothing has changed. The graphics are beautifully integrated - a masterpiece in gaming history 101 - reborn to challenge even the best of gamers. I myself had trouble in the deku tree, with this edition and that's no lie.
Play as Link the hero of Hyrule setting out on an adventure he was born to follow. Discover new locations and items. Investigate the darkest of underground temples. Advance through time and bring justice to the land. Your goal is to thwart the evil king Ganondorf and all the evil he has spread accross the land.

Ocarina of Time Master Quest is a remixed version of the original game on the Nintendo 64. This version of the game ramps up the difficulty of dungeons and the complexity of the puzzles, and completely changes the game's dungeons with new layouts and puzzles. This is the version of the game for people that have played through Ocarina of Time and want a real challenge. This version of the game on the Gamecube is really just an officially emulated Nintendo 64 ROM image of the game, which can also be played on real N64 hardware with a flash cart, or in an emulator.

This version of the game isn't for everyone, and if you found the puzzles in Ocarina of Time to be a bit frustrating, this version of the game will leave you in the fetal position, in tears, crying for your mommy.
